According to Ms. Brown, a cow is a “someone”. I wonder if she has the same sentimental feelings for the countless insects, rodents, reptiles, and birds that are displaced for crops or are chopped up in harvesting equipment so she can eat tofu. Are they “someone” too or they just “collateral damage” that can be rationalized and swept under the rug so as not to upset the facade of animal rights ethics? The hypocrisy of the animal rights crowd can be astounding.

It’s also important to note that, in addition to the animals displaced by crops or chopped up in harvesting equipment, which the vegans consider “accidental” (LOL - it’s not “accidental” if you know it’s going to happen), animals are also trapped and killed or shot on sight to protect crops, and rodents are poisoned in order to protect grain stores, and there’s certainly nothing “accidental” about THAT! I seriously doubt that the traps and the poisons are set out “accidentally”.

If, as the vegans claim, an animal is a “someone”, not a “something”, then vegans and non-vegans alike are all guilty of accessory to murder.
