Sabelmouse
The vegan diet is the one that hasn’t proved itself over the long term. It hasn’t been around that long . And it requires supplemental B12. You want to choose that for yourself, fine. But labeling another diet that also relies on whole foods and does not require supplements unhealthy is—well, not only not cool, but not scientific.
