I think you are missing a logic circuit somewhere. How can you possibly believe that this graph is evidence for vaccine-induced herd immunity?

This graph shows that disease declines occurred independent of vaccines, with up to 95% of the decline before the vaccine for a particular disease was introduced.

What this graph *is* evidence for is the effect of herd immunity from natural exposure to diseases, as well as better hygiene, cleaner water, safer food…
